Our 12-month guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature material failure under normal on-course use. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. UK delivery is free. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by region, typically 5–12 business days.
