Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If it's been more than 3 days with no update, use the form and we'll investigate.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel, then you have 14 more days to send the items back. There is no “unused” or “original packaging” condition. Use the form with your order number and your reason. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.
What does the guarantee cover?
Our 12-month guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature material failure under normal on-course use. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. UK delivery is free over £40.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that point orders are processed and dispatched quickly, so changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately via email at hello@pinseekergolf.co or on Instagram for the fastest response.
