Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email hello@pinseekergolf.co with your order number. You then have a further 14 days from the day you tell us to send the items back.
Extended Holiday Period
Orders placed between 2 and 25 December may be returned until 15 January.
How to Return an Item
Once you have told us you are cancelling, we will send you return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Condition of Returned Items
You are welcome to handle an item as you would in a shop to check it. If an item has been used or handled beyond that, for example worn on the course or washed, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method. If you cancel your whole order, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid; if you chose Express Delivery, we refund the cost of Standard Delivery only. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to show the refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email hello@pinseekergolf.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund and cover the cost of the return. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, including your right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
12-Month Guarantee
Every PINSEEKER product comes with a 12-month guarantee. It covers manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use. It does not cover general wear. No registration is required: email hello@pinseekergolf.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
