Types of Cookies We Use

  • _session_id: Shopify session management. Identifies your current session. Expires when browser is closed.
  • _shopify_visit: No personal data held. Used by Shopify's internal statistics. Expires after 30 minutes.
  • _shopify_uniq: No personal data held. Counts the number of visits to the store by a single customer. Expires at midnight (relative to the visitor).
  • cart: A unique token generated when creating a cart. Used to maintain your shopping cart between sessions. Lasts for 2 weeks.
  • _secure_session_id: Shopify secure session management for checkout. Session duration.
  • checkout_token: Maintains checkout state across sessions. Single use.

2. Performance and Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our Site.

  • _ga: Google Analytics. Distinguishes users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_QRVPB4P0BW: Google Analytics. Persists session state. Expires after 2 years.
  • _gid: Google Analytics. Distinguishes users. Expires after 24 hours.
  • _gat: Google Analytics. Used to throttle request rate. Expires after 1 minute.

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2. If you decline analytics cookies, Google's tools will operate in a restricted cookieless mode using modelled data rather than tracking your individual behaviour. No personally identifiable information is stored via Google Analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand actions people take on our website, and serve relevant advertisements to you on Meta platforms.

  • _fbp: Meta Pixel. Used to deliver advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and track ad performance. Expires after 3 months.
  • _fbc: Meta. Stores ad click information to attribute conversions to the correct ad. Expires after 2 years.

4. Marketing Cookies (TikTok Pixel)

We use TikTok Pixel to measure conversions from TikTok advertising campaigns and to reach people who have previously visited the Site with relevant ads on TikTok.

  • tt_webid_v2: TikTok. A unique identifier used to track user interactions across sessions. Expires after 1 year.
  • _ttp: TikTok. Used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and attribute conversions. Expires after 1 year.

You can manage your TikTok ad preferences in the TikTok app under Settings & Privacy > Ads.

5. Marketing Cookies (Klaviyo)

We use Klaviyo to manage email marketing communications. When the Klaviyo tracking snippet is active, it sets a cookie to identify website visitors and link browsing behaviour to email subscribers, enabling personalised email campaigns and attribution reporting.

  • __kla_id: Klaviyo. Identifies website visitors and links site activity to email subscribers for targeted email marketing and campaign attribution. Expires after 2 years.

Google Consent Mode v2

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2, which adjusts how Google's measurement tags operate based on your consent choices. This means:

  • If you decline analytics or advertising cookies, Google's tools will operate in a restricted mode using modelled conversion data, not individual tracking data
  • Core site functionality is never affected by your cookie choices
  • Your personal data is not used for personalised advertising without your explicit consent
  • Aggregate measurement and reporting continues using privacy-preserving techniques

How to Manage Cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed.
