1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is SINDRI BRANDS LTD, trading as PINSEEKER (“PINSEEKER”, “we”, “us” or the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The FOUNDERS SQUADRON Giveaway (“Promotion”) opens when the official giveaway posts are published by PINSEEKER.

The Promotion closes at:

23:59 BST on 25 September 2026

Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, contractors or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram or TikTok account.

Because sharing the giveaway to a Story and tagging PINSEEKER is a mandatory entry requirement, the entrant’s social media profile must be public while the relevant Story is live so that the Promoter can independently verify the qualifying Story share and tag.

Entrants using a private account may temporarily change their account to public in order to participate, but it must remain public for the duration of the qualifying Story.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Making a purchase from PINSEEKER will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

The Promotion is operated across Instagram and TikTok.

To qualify, an entrant must complete all four entry requirements on the platform through which they are entering:

  1. Follow the relevant official PINSEEKER account:

    • Instagram: @pinseekergolfco_

    • TikTok: @pinseekergolfco

  2. Like the relevant official FOUNDERS SQUADRON Giveaway post or video.

  3. Share the relevant giveaway post or video to their Story and tag the relevant PINSEEKER account:

    • Instagram: @pinseekergolfco_

    • TikTok: @pinseekergolfco

  4. Leave a qualifying comment identifying or tagging someone the entrant believes they could beat in a golf 1v1.

The Follow, Like and Story Share requirements only need to be completed once per participating platform during the Promotion Period.

Once those requirements have been satisfied:

Each separate qualifying comment counts as one separate entry into the prize draw.

For example:

  • 1 qualifying comment = 1 entry

  • 5 qualifying comments = 5 entries

  • 20 qualifying comments = 20 entries

There is no stated maximum number of legitimate manual qualifying comments an eligible entrant may submit.

All qualifying actions must have been completed before the Closing Date.

5. Story Share Verification

Sharing the giveaway to a Story and tagging the relevant PINSEEKER account is a mandatory condition of entry.

The Story must:

  • Contain or share the relevant official giveaway post or video;

  • Clearly tag the appropriate PINSEEKER account;

  • Be published during the Promotion Period;

  • Be visible to the Promoter for verification; and

  • Remain live for its normal Story duration unless removed by the applicable platform for reasons outside the entrant’s reasonable control.

The entrant’s account must therefore be public while the Story is live.

PINSEEKER will monitor and/or record qualifying tagged Story shares during the Promotion Period for the purpose of validating entries.

A Story share without the appropriate PINSEEKER tag will not satisfy the Story requirement.

Screenshots submitted after winner selection will not ordinarily be accepted as a substitute for a Story that could not be independently verified.

6. Multiple Entries

After completing the required Follow, Like and Story Share actions, entrants may submit multiple qualifying comments.

Each separate valid comment represents a separate entry and therefore provides a separate chance of being randomly selected.

Multiple entries must be submitted manually and genuinely.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, automated commenting software, fake accounts or any other system intended to manipulate the Promotion are prohibited.

The Promoter reserves the right to disregard duplicate spam, automated or fraudulent entries.

7. Instagram and TikTok Entries

This is one Promotion operating across Instagram and TikTok.

Eligible entrants may participate on:

  • Instagram;

  • TikTok; or

  • Both platforms.

If entering through both platforms, the entrant must complete the relevant Follow, Like and Story Share requirements separately on each platform before comments submitted on that platform qualify as entries.

All valid Instagram and TikTok entries will be combined for the final prize draw.

8. Prizes

There are five winners in total.

Main Prizes

Two winners will each receive:

1 × PINSEEKER FOUNDERS SQUADRON Bundle

Each bundle will contain the products included in the FOUNDERS SQUADRON Bundle as described by PINSEEKER in the official giveaway promotional material and/or on the PINSEEKER website at the opening date of the Promotion.

Founders Squadron Bundle:

1x Caddy Towel

1x Hat

Early Tee Time Prizes

A further three winners will each receive:

24-hour early access to the PINSEEKER website before the relevant public launch.

The Early Tee Time prize provides access to the website 24 hours before general public access.

It does not include free products, store credit or a discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products purchased during early access must be paid for at the applicable price.

Early access does not guarantee availability of any particular product, colour, size or quantity.

9. Prize Restrictions

There is no cash alternative to any prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash.

Each individual may win a maximum of one prize in this Promotion.

If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.

10. Winner Selection

The two FOUNDERS SQUADRON Bundle winners and three Early Tee Time winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.

Winners will be selected using a computer process capable of producing verifiably random results, and PINSEEKER will retain appropriate evidence of the draw.

The two FOUNDERS SQUADRON Bundle winners will be drawn first.

The three Early Tee Time winners will then be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Once an individual has won a prize, all remaining entries belonging to that person will be removed before subsequent winner selections so that five different eligible people receive prizes.

11. Winner Verification

Before a prize is awarded, PINSEEKER will verify that the selected entrant:

  • Is aged 18 or over;

  • Is a UK resident;

  • Followed the relevant PINSEEKER account;

  • Liked the relevant giveaway post;

  • Shared the giveaway to their Story;

  • Tagged the relevant PINSEEKER account in that Story;

  • Submitted the selected qualifying comment; and

  • Complied with these Terms & Conditions.

PINSEEKER may retain records of tagged Story notifications or other platform records for the purpose of verifying that the entry requirement was met.

The Promoter may request reasonable proof of age, identity or UK residency before awarding a prize.

12. Winner Notification

Winners will only be contacted through PINSEEKER’s official accounts:

Instagram: @pinseekergolfco_

TikTok: @pinseekergolfco

PINSEEKER will never ask a winner to make a payment in order to receive a prize.

Winners must respond within 7 days of the first winner notification.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts, does not respond within that period, is ineligible or did not complete all required entry steps, another winner may be randomly selected from the remaining valid entries.

13. Prize Delivery

FOUNDERS SQUADRON Bundle winners will be asked to provide a valid UK delivery address.

PINSEEKER will aim to dispatch physical prizes as soon as reasonably practicable and normally within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and delivery details.

Early Tee Time winners will receive access instructions before their relevant early-access period begins.

There is no charge for claiming or receiving a prize.

14. Fair Participation

PINSEEKER reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to believe an entrant has:

  • Used bots or automated software;

  • Submitted automated comments;

  • Created or used fraudulent accounts;

  • Manipulated the entry process;

  • Provided false information;

  • Breached these Terms & Conditions; or

  • Breached applicable Instagram or TikTok rules.

A high number of legitimate manual qualifying comments will not in itself be grounds for disqualification.

15. Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will only be used where reasonably necessary to:

  • Administer the Promotion;

  • Validate entries;

  • Verify eligibility;

  • Contact winners;

  • Deliver prizes;

  • Prevent abuse or fraud;

  • Demonstrate that prizes were properly awarded; and

  • Meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Entering the Promotion does not automatically opt an entrant into marketing communications.

Information submitted directly through Instagram or TikTok may also be processed by those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies.

16. Winner Information

PINSEEKER will retain sufficient information to demonstrate that valid prizes were awarded.

Where required under applicable promotional rules, PINSEEKER may make available information showing that a valid award took place, ordinarily comprising the surname and county of major prize winners.

Winners may object to publication or ask for the amount of information published to be reduced by contacting:

Relevant information may still be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

17. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for administering the Promotion, selecting winners or awarding prizes.

18. TikTok Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases TikTok from liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TikTok has no responsibility for administering the Promotion, selecting winners or awarding prizes.

19. General

The Promotion will be administered fairly and under appropriate supervision.

PINSEEKER will take reasonable steps to ensure all valid entries are included in the draw.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control that prevent a social media action from being successfully recorded.

These Terms & Conditions will remain accessible throughout the Promotion.

The terms will not be materially changed after the Promotion begins except where circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make a change necessary and it can be made fairly and without causing unnecessary disappointment.
